Cooking feeds your body, mind, and soul. It allows you to control the food you put into your body, connect with family and friends, and save money you might otherwise spend in restaurants or on processed, pre-packaged foods. Believe it or not, making simple and satisfying meals from scratch doesn’t have to be difficult, time-consuming,  or expensive!

Here I will share my easy go-to recipes. I don't measure anything and work with what I have on hand. You’ll find that eating well is a delicious, rewarding, and a stress-relieving activity! With enough practice, you too can feel empowered by the ability to create delicious meals that fufill you and those you love.

Whether you shop at a farmer's market or warehouse style supermarket, I can show you how to add more plants to your diet. Canned, frozen, or fresh, is not important; the point is to eat them.  I encourage my clients by teaching them to "crowd-out" foods devoid of nutrition with whole foods that are bright and full-of-life.
