Most of us walk around in a constant state of dehydration. This leads to countless side-effects, including:
- False hunger / overeating
- Muscle cramps

Next, I will do a few simple stretches before showering / getting dressed. Then, I will eat breakfast and head out for the day (or create from home). If I am going out for a run, I will still have my water with lemon first (you will feel amazing as you head out the door!). This is always the first step in my day.
